Wiki intubation w/ Covid-19 modifiers?

I'm just learning about these new CR & CS modifiers. Does anyone have experience with them?
I'm being advised to use one on my 31500 (intubations). I'm considering the CR but unsure. Do you?
Do you use either modifier on other charges for Covid-19 positive confirmed patients? How and why?
I've read the guidance from CMS and ASA but nothing specific on how or when to use them.

We are to append those modifiers to diagnostic tests for COVID-19 so that the patient is not responsible for the tests. Nowhere does it state they are not financially responsible for treatment. I have not been instructed to append these modifiers for intubations performed by anesthesia providers.
