The InvisiShunt rep is telling our surgeons to bill 62140/62141 for a shunt placement using their implant. It is for a craniectomy defect for a shunt but we are making the defect for the shunt placement. We have told the rep and the surgeons we can't bill the 62140/62141 for this, we need to bill the shunt placement . Has anyone had any experience with InvisiShunt?
