I work for a neuromonitoring company. Currently, we bill the -26 to either POS 21 or 22, and the TC to POS 15. We are a legal and licensed mobile unit, and the hospital/facility cannot render our services, nor do they employ IONM techs. If we bill POS 21 or 22, then payers will require us to collect payment from the facility. We are out of network and not contracted with any facilities. UHC has been denying our claims for invalid POS.

Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.
