Are you allowed to Bill the weekly bundle rate of H0020HF26 when Clients are not Meeting their IOP services for the week. My Supervisor is telling me to bill this and I don't feel this is correct. H0015HF is an Intensive Outpatient code and H0020HF is a bundled outpatient Code. He is also suggesting we bill H0020HF26 even when the client meets criteria for their IOP because we are distributing Methadone to these clients as well. I'm confused. He is asking me to bill both codes at the same time. Please help!
