I know that documentation must indicate that fluoro was used during an IR Fluoro epidural subarachnoid injection but would you consider the following as sufficient documentation?

After negative aspiration, 1/2 ml of Omnipaque 240 was injected. A pressure paraesthesia was encountered down the right greater than left leg concordant for her symptoms. An epidurogram was noted indicating proper position of the epidural needle.
