Does anyone have a superbill for INterventional Radiology they would be willing to share? I am trying to assist a new physician set up a practice for Interventional Radiology and I am having some difficulty.
 
Z-Health has charge sheets that can be purchased at a very reasonable price and with all of this changes I really recommend them. I would share my set but they are 2011 with my corrections.
