Wiki Is 29848 bundled into 25020?

Hi,

When these 2 procedures are performed together, I had been billing only the 25020 as I had prior information that they are bundled. I cannot find my source and this is now in question. I do not get an edit on these.

I have billed 25020 in the past without problems for CTS and the procedure was a scope CTR with fasciotomy (no debridement on this one).

Any input or reference to edits or CPT guidelines is appreciated. I do not show an edit for these being billed together, but the prior source makes me hesitate.

I would consider fasciotomy in the setting of endo CTR to be aggressive overcoding/unbundling and generally inappropriate.
