Wiki is 82272 included in E/M visits?

my MD's frequently use stool cards, 82272, to check for blood in stool for patients with complaints of abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, Crohn's, U/C, etc...i've never seen any documentation that this can't be billed separate from the visit but was just heard that obtaining stool from a rectal exam is of the abdominal exam and is included in the visit...has anyone else run into this issue?
