Wiki Is a CCC required to take the ICD 10 test?

Since they ONLY code cardiac and their certification only applies to cardiology, this test seems like it would not fit their proficiency needs. I don't see any specialty-geared exams listed. Are they exempt from actual testing of ICD 10?
