Is anyone billing for Peanut Oral Immunotherapy

It isn't covered, and it isn't FDA approved. We know that. In my research I've seen that multiple facilities are billing for day 1 of immunotherapy for desensitization, and subsequent days of immunotherapy as a challenge. I am not sure that is appropriate since these aren't "challenges" by CPT definition. Thoughts?
