My doctor stated "The surrounding traumatically transected excessive and non-viable skin, muscle, and other subcutaneous soft tissues were also excised/debrided using the cautery, totaling more (much more) than 500 square cm". Is billing 11043 and 11046 (QTY 24) correct?
