Is CPT 90834 billable for inpatient setting

Hi everyone- cpt 90834 is being denied for reason - 90834 is not consistent with the place of service (POS 21). Is this code not billable for the inpatient setting. Help please. Thank you.

What was the patient hospitalized for? POS 21 is acute inpatient hospitalization.

If the patient was in an inpatient psychiatric setting, that is POS 51.
