buddy goes to OR
the OR team place 3 epicardial leads (not coding this)

EP doc comes in, attaches a CRT/P device t the 3 epicardial leads and closes the pocket - --coding this--
EP doc goes to other side, opens and removes the old pacemaker and 2 leads --coding this--
would i do a 33229 (for the new CRT/P device) ? with a 33235 (2 leads out)?
