Is it leading if I let the doctor know that he missed dictating one of the requirments necessary for documentation of ultrasound? Without the one missing item I can't bill for it but I can clearly see that it was done and the doctor has not signed off on his dictation yet.

It worries me that this could be considered leading the doctor.

Please let me know what others think!
