Is it okay for a physician to perform the main cath procedure for example, Rt heart cath and biopsy endomyocardial (93451, 93505), Inj. Innominate vein or svc (36010), (S/I) Innominate vein or svc(75827). Should we even consider the 75827. Just trying to make sure that we are using the correct codes when it comes to radiology.

Can Radiology Codes be used with Primary Cardiac Cath Procedure??

Thanks
