Wiki Is the tcu still considered inpt?

I have read in CPT that any partial care hospital services are still reported under the inpatient codes...subsequently POS 21. Any thoughts ?
 
Was it a true inpt admit or was it for 23 hrs observation? Look at 99234, 99235, or 99236 to see if this fits your needs and us POS 22.
