Under HEENT: "Fundoscopic exam shows no AV nicking"

Is there a bullet for that? If so, which?

Thanks for your help!

With the 97 guidelines, I would use it as the posterior segment in the Ophthalmoscopic exam of optic discs and posterior segments (eg. vessel changes, exudates and hemorrhages) bullet under eyes in the general multi-system, eye or neuro exam.
