Pt has a Malignant Pancreatic tumor that is unresectable or nonresectable tumor.. Dr did perform a Gastrojejunostomy to facilitate the avoidance of a possible development of a gastric outlet syndrome in the future. Is there any code that explains why this was done for the DX ? Thanks for everyone's reply as always
