Xray report reads:
Right Hand
On a single view there appears to be a subtle lucency seen through the more radial aspects of the terminal tuft of the right ring finger. This may reflect an incomplete fracture. No joint disease or dislocation. Splint or gauze overlying the right ring finger.
IMPRESSIONS: Possible incomplete fracture terminal tuft right ring finger.

I just want to double ck myself~its not a fracture correct?

It's a "maybe" fracture - I wouldn't consider it 'diagnosed' as far as outpatient coding is concerned. You should stick to the signs/symptoms. :)
