Are the following exam statements enough to count as bullets for the listed systems/body areas in the '97 guidelines?

ABDOMEN: soft, NABS, NT, No HSM.
EXTREMITIES: no clubbing, no edema.
PSYCHIATRIC: normal mood & affect.
Eye contact: Good.

Could what's listed under Extremities here be counted under M/S for no clubbing, and Cardio for no edema?

Would love opinions please.
