Hello,
I currently bill for several multi-specialty clinics (Behavioral Health, OT/PT/SLP, and E/M), and we’re searching for a new EHR that may be able to house all three disciplines. Currently, I’m billing and posting payments to three separate EHRs, one for each speciality.
My clinic has looked at one EHR that the other biller and I were not jazzed about, but would hold all three disciplines. At this point I’m just looking for alternatives, because while the EHR we looked at comes with a ton of bells and whistles and is “ highly customizable” according to the sales reps, I saw none of that during the demo they did for us and would, at this point, rather stay on three EHRs than migrate to the one they’re leaning towards.
