hi all! ? for anybody that does rad onc on a daily basis. we have a rep for the above mentioned item that's telling our rad onc people to bill this device every day under CPTs 77332-77334. from what i can see online this is just a prefab device & is discarded when tx is done. my rad onc people tell me they fill it with water according to each pt's needs & insert it as far as needed. the best i can tell them is it's not separately billable but they might be able to build the cost into those codes when there is actually a custom device used. i'm not convinced this device is either "designed" or "constructed" by our people & should be considered a supply. does anyone have any experience with this item in use & billing (or not) for it??
