Is there anyone else having issues with the I.T department, and getting certified?

What particular problems are you having? The IT department doesn't have anything to do with your certificaiton exam, but there are some pages on the AAPC website that IT does support. I've found that recently some of the issues have been resolved. If that's not the case for you, can you let me know?
