it is my understanding that MDs are not allowed to bill for administering specific drugs i/e procainamide / isuprel

IF a drug is used to induce an arrythmia, how can it be billed.

I used 93635, along with the 93623 and was told it can't be billed.

oh my gosh... both are wrong

i meant 96365 IV drug infusion (pg 827-830 CPT) but upon further investigation, it is not reportable by MD in facility setting, nor can 93623 be billed with it either..
they say you learn something new every day !!
