I just began coding for a Pediatric Endocrine clinic. They occasionally give IV hydration to patients. My supervisor is telling me that we can only bill IV Hydration when the patient is dehydrated. I disagree but cannot find anything to support this. Does anyone know where I could find some information? Thank you!
