Good morning!
I have a pain management provider that is wanting to bill 36410 for every IV lock placed in his office. From my understanding that code is only when the physician places the line himself under special circumstances and is not the "norm".
I've looked at 96365 but that feels like it should be for something far more involved than say perhaps Vancomycin or Demerol.
How do you all bill this scenario?
