We have two different medications administered thru IV at the same time X2.
There is no hydration involved so the initial IVP for the Morphine @ 0930 would be 96374.
Can I code 96375 for the Phenergan administered at the same time? Or does the 30 minute rule apply?

Needing opinions on how you would report the scenario above.

I look at the wording that states, "single or initial substance/drug" for 96374. There are no guidelines to indicate a time rule would apply here. I would code the add on with the "additional sequential intravenous push of a new substance/drug" 96375 for the Phenergan.
