:confused:A vasectomy is performed in an out patient surgery center with IV sedation administered by an anesthesiologist. IV sed code 00921 and vasectomy code 55250 are bundled according to the coding crosswalk.

All the guidelines I can find state it is included in the procedure when performed by the surgeon. Now I am confused!

Can this be billed together in an out patient surgery setting?
