Need assistance in coding for IVUS (Intravascular ultrasound) procedure artery grouping, we are getting more denials as units of frequency exceeded particularly in aetna insurance. Can anyone suggest how does the artery grouping happening in IVUS procedure for the CPT 37252,37253.
