Please advise on how you would code this. There was no intervention.

PROCEDURE PERFORMED:
1. Ultrasound-guided access to the right popliteal vein.
2. Retrograde venography of the superior femoral vein and iliofemoral vein to the inferior vena cava.
3. Intravascular ultrasound of the superior femoral vein, the common femoral vein, the external iliac vein, the common iliac vein, and the inferior vena cava.

PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Chronic wound and changes of the right lower extremity consistent with venous hypertension with the history of prior iliofemoral deep vein thrombosis.
