hii..
can any one advice that if four j codes (injection code) are assign on the claim so how many administration code can i append..
can i append four administratiion codes 96372*4 or one is enough...
 
You need to look at the documentation and see how many injections were given. Sometimes meds are mixed together into a single shot.
