I need help, I am billing for an office visit 99214 with mod 25, code 90471 for admin of vaccine and J Code 1070 testosterone....my J Code and E/M code 99214 was paid but Medicare is denying the admin 90471 code.....their saying that's not the correct one to use...please help me!!!!!!!!

90471 - 90472 - 90473 are for vaccines. The injection you are giving is not a vaccine. The correct code for administration of an injection (non-vaccine) is 96372.
