I work for an ENT office that does in office intratympanic steroid injections. Up until this point we have not been billing for the steriod we use, methylprednisolone. The doctors now want to start billing for it. I have never billed for J codes. I know the units are based on how many MG used. How do we determine pricing though? I checked the CMS website for the 2015 physician fee schedule but I am assuming J codes aren't included because nothing came up. I appreciate any help anyone can give me on this :D
