In the HCPCS book some of the injection codes are highlighted in blue which means, Special Coverage Instructions. Then under the brand name in purple it states, Medicare: BPM 15, 50. Can anyone explain this last line to me? I have read explanation in the front of the HCPCS book and I can't figure it out. Any help appreciated!! Sue Haydysch, CPC
