For the removal of a jejunostomy feeding tube would this be coded as an unlisted procedure
or an E&M? Shirley

I would recomend an E&M code. That is what I have been taught on these percutaneous tubes that do not have a removal code. They are usually very simple and that is why they don't have a code for them.
