if a patient is given 600 units of this injection how would I bill for this? and if a patient is given 1.2 units? Thank you.
 
Are you sure you are looking at the right drug and/or dosage? The smallest you can get is a 2ml vial with 300,000 IU it would be next to impossible to measure out and inject .002cc of medication. considerin that would be 600 units 2/300,000th would be microscopic
