Hello Everyone. I hope you're all doing well.
We are getting repeatedly denied for the J0881 by Medicare. We have billed it as J0881-EC mod and had TR/R2/33.0 on box 19. Still got denied for Missing Hematocrit (HCT) Value. Do you have a better solution for this code? Am I missing something? Thank you in advance for your help.1774555976758.png
