Depo Medrol 80 J1040 in single dose vials is all that is purchased in our clinic. How does one bill if you only use 1/2 of the vial? My assumption after reading a lot on this, would be J1040 with the NDC from the 80 ml vial and the units as 0.5. You would bill no waste. Can some one confirm this?
