Wiki J1055 - has been deleted for 2013

J1055 has been deleted for 2013. Everything I am finding says to use J1050 now. The problem I have with this is the units of measure. J1055 read as "150 mg". J1050 reads as "1 mg". We are injecting 150 mg. I know I am not going to send in a claim of J1050 with 150 units. How am I supposed to be coding this now?
