Each bottle with the ndc# 00074-1152-78 contains 500 units.
So how many units of J1642 must be used if the entire bottle of 500 units is given to the patient.

You either have the wrong NDC# or the wrong J code. There is no NDC# listed for the number you gave. J1642 is (heparin sodium) injection per 10 units.
