I have been trying to bill for a pt who is receiving Octreotide/Sandostatin Medicare does not recognize the J2353 so, we are suppose to put a J9999 and notes reguarding the mgs the NDC# and "Off Label Chemo Drug Special Consideration" I have to fight with Medicare every time we bill for this, is there anyone who can tell me the secret to getting this pd. I have talked to Medicare staff and been told how to bill for this issue and still I get no where. Is anyone having luck billing for this situation?
