I was wondering if anyone else is having problems with the code J2780 Zantac. Our clearing house is "scrubbing" this line item as "warning message procedure code is not recognized by Medicare." I can find this code up on the CMS website it also gives a price per unit and I can not find anything that this jcode has changed. Any help would be appreciated.:)
