Can anybody share with me the CPT administration code for the drug Zometa? Where can I find an authoratative source stating the correct CPT code for this drug.

the billing guide we received from the drug rep lists 96365 (IV infusion therapy up to an hour) and 96366 (each additional hour) as the appropriate codes. I don't know where to look for your authoritative voice on the matter, sorry.
 
You can check the Novartis Website, since Zometa is considered therapeutic and is advised to be infused over not less than 20 minutes it is advisable to use the infusion codes for therapeutic, diagnostic infusions.
