Need help. In Dec Healthcare Business Monthly under Supply Cabinets article it say that J7321 is billed as per dose but that the syringe has two doses.

Does anyone have any experience with this.

Does Euflexxa have 2 dose per syringe. Medicare allowable is $152.02 per dose but cost is $395.00 per dose. If there is 2 doses per syringe then more units can be billed to compensate back our costs.
