Would someone be willing to share with me how you bill this injection. We are using 48 units in the drug field but we only are getting reimbursed about $11.00 an injection (our charge is $1000.00) on the claim form it shows J7325 with 1 unit, should this also show as 48 units? We have seperate drug screens where we fill in the NDC# and the units and that's were we have been putting the 48 units. Thanks for any help!!

Yes 48 units (Synvisc One). It's an expensive drug billed by units ( 16 or 48) per injection.
