Getting Denials from Mdcr for MUE values

J9178, J9201, J9305

New to Oncology - and I am the only Certified coder.

So what is your question regarding these drugs. If you are getting MUE denials, that means you are billing above the normal billable units that are allowed for that drug.

I was wondering if anyone knew what these values were? I can't find them listed in the LCD or on the CMS website.
