Hello! I would like to know if anybody has been having issues with J9190? I have received UHC Community Plan (medicaid) denials for exceeds number/frequency approved/allowed within timeframe. In all of these instances, it was paid, then recouped then denied. I am finding the MUE to be 20. I am wondering if anybody else is having success or issues in billing this to UHC Community Plan?
