Help...

Looking for a CPT code for resection of 80% of small bowel; resection of right colon with anastomosis of the jejunum to the transverse colon.

Code 44160 states colectomy, partial, with removal of terminal ileum with ILEOCOLOSTOMY.

Any ideas?
