I was wondering if anyone has used this new injectable drug Jetrea? I need to know if Medicare pays and how much? Also, can I use Jetrea in the ASC setting?
 
Medicare does provide reimbursement for Jetrea. Private pratices would submit Jetrea by using the J3490 or J3590 (Miscellanous drug) with the description of Jetrea along with the NDC in loop 2300/2400. HOPD's can use C9298 as published by CMS
