Maxim Healthcare is hiring. The Recruiter called me recently asking if I was available for employment, in which case I am not but she told me to let her know if I knew anyone who is looking. You may want to try them. I can't locate the contact information at the moment but if you go to their website, you should be able to make contact that way. I know they do a lot of coding for the government (VA Medical Centers) but also do some commercial contract coding as well. These are all remote coding positions, as far as I know.
